Hello everyone, Ancestry.com has made available at no cost a map of the Midwestern United States showing the major military campaigns that took place in that region during the American Revolution. The time represented by this map is 1778 - 1782. The region covered begins in the south at confluence of the Ohio River with the Mississippi. This is around Cairo, Illinois on today's maps. Then the area goes north to just west of Lake Michigan and then across the lower end of that lake eastward past Detroit, Michigan and across Lake Erie, then southward to the Ohio River again.
