    1. [ROOTWALKER] HUGHS, CASH, WILLS, TULLEY AND HARNED surnames in "Red River Settlers."
    2. Hi Janet. In searching the book, "Red River Settlers," I find the following: 1. As to Margaret Sophia HUGHS, She is not listed in this book. There are, however, 7 HUGHS people listed. If you have any other persons in that family you are interested in, just let me know. 2. As to John W. CASH, Welllll, there aren't any CASH persons shown in the book. 3. There are only two references to the family WILLS. In the first reference it is stated that "James A. Jernigan settled on the place known by the old timers as the WILLS farm. This is in Robertson County, Tenn. In the second reference, it is referring to a land grant on the Sulphur Fork of the Red River, where Benjamin Simmons was granted 429 acres of land and assigned the claim to George WILLS in Warrant No. 472. This was Grant Number 602. 4. There are no TULLEY family members shown in the book, "Red River Settlers." 5. There are no HARNED family members shown in the book, either. We hope you find this little bit of information useful. Thanks for being part of the ROOTWALKER family.
