Hi again, Dot. Clarksville is the county seat for Montgomery County. If you go to the ROOTWALKER web site, look at the ROOTWALKER counties, and on the left side on the Kentucky state line. Montgomery County is the second from the left at the top of the yellow-highlighted counties in the ROOTWALKER region. There is also a Clarksville, Illinois, though.
