Stan, Thank you so much for your trouble but I don't wish at present to have any information on the Murpheys. The reason I thought this Polly Lawrence might tie into mine was because my husband had met some Lawrences in Robertson Co. years ago that he thought looked a lot like my people. However at that time, I was too young to be very curious and was raising 4 children. Now that my husband and parents are deceased and I have the time I have tried to do some research and the older I get the more important it becomes.
