Hello again Debbi, Starting this Friday past, Rootsweb began a project to upgrade some of their servers. This shut down Rootsweb from Friday morning at 8am Pacific time until just about now. The mail lists were also temporarily affected by this upgrade, but as you see, this one is working now. I just tried to access the ROOTWALKER web site and got the same nice message with the photo of the little boy holding a rope on it. This is the same message that Rootsweb put on all of the Rootsweb sponsored web sites that were temporarily affected by their maintenance work. Remember, this situation is only temporary, and everything should be back to normal or better very soon. Thanks for being part of the ROOTWALKER family. Sincerely, Stan Magnesen ROOTWALKER site/list coordinator ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In a message dated 2/25/01 3:40:21 AM Pacific Standard Time, edloney@muhlon.com writes: > Subj: Re: [ROOTWALKER] Korean war records > Date: 2/25/01 3:40:21 AM Pacific Standard Time > From: edloney@muhlon.com (Eugene & Debbi Loney) > Reply-to: TN-ROOTWALKER-L@rootsweb.com > To: TN-ROOTWALKER-L@rootsweb.com > > When i go to the web site i get "this page cannot be displayed, > something about could be web site having tech difficulties or DSN > problems" is this something on my end or theirs and did my other e-mail > get to you,I haven;t seen it posted, Debbi harris Loney >
