Hi Janet. I live in Ohio and have gotten all sorts of inter-library loan materials from TN, NC, VA, Kansas and CA. It may be helpful to use the largest Metro library area in your area. I also go to the reference / research librarian at my local branch and she reels in all kinds of thing, If the Library being asked loans out the stuff, she can get anything for me. I will say though that TSLA is not real eager to lend. But usually - the same article or book or film...whatever.. is usually in more than one location in the world.
