It's not a plaque, it's a road sign on a regular metal sign post. The only designs are Victorian type curly-q's on the corners. In the background it looks as if there could be some old broken off grave marker. I see a truck on the other side of the fence, and a little distance from where the picture was taken, which may indicate that it is not set right on a road.
