    1. [ROOTWALKER] PARDUE Marriages to BINKLEY, GREEN, WILSON
    2. Raymond Millman
    3. Hi List Can any help me with these marriages? The brides are PARDUEs, either Laura b. ca. 1914, Lena L. b. ca 1907( May have a different name used as her brothers used 2nd name as first), and also other unknown PARDUE girls. As you can see I have one more groom's name than brides's name. Grooms as follows: WILSON, Otis GREEN, Ted BINKLEY, Andy The PARDUEs lived in Pleasant View in 1920-1930's and later. Are there records available for 1910, 1920,1930 TN marriages? Any records at the TN archives? How would I go about searching when I have no more info than this? A kind soul sent me these names on Wed. I was able to locate a Cheatham Co query that provided the info on Mary Pardue PITT. Tried searching for hits on these names online, but the volume of hits was just too great to process through. TIA, Jeanne P.S . MY genforum posting of last Sun paid off big time! Wed rec'd response that gave me this information and where my Grandma's 1/2 sister is buried. Today I located the living researcher to Hettie Pardue because of that helpful person!!! Moral of story: post and mail letters to as many people as possible, let all your relatives know you are doing the family genealogy!

    2. Raymond Millman
    3. Hi List and Regina, Someone just gave me the name of Andy BINKLEY being married to one of the PARDUEs I'm looking for. The wife's name would probably be Lena b. 1907-08, Laura b. 1914-15, or Mary b. 1911-12. Possibly another female Pardue who's name I don't have. Family lived in Pleasant View in 1920-30's and probably later. Attended Plesant View Methodist Church. Does anyone have this marriage info? TIA,Jeanne

    1. [ROOTWALKER] Red River- BINKLEY
    2. Good morning Regina, There are many BINKLEY people listed in the book "Red River Settlers." Could you give me some first names to go by? Thanks, Stan. ~~~~~ In a message dated 3/3/01 2:47:39 AM Pacific Standard Time, REGGEE248@aol.com writes: > Subj: [ROOTWALKER] Red River- BINKLEY > Date: 3/3/01 2:47:39 AM Pacific Standard Time > From: REGGEE248@aol.com > Reply-to: TN-ROOTWALKER-L@rootsweb.com > To: TN-ROOTWALKER-L@rootsweb.com > > In a message dated 3/1/01 4:49:03 PM Eastern Standard Time, > TN-ROOTWALKER-D-request@rootsweb.com writes: > > << Peter FREY is shown marrying Sarah BINKLEY, sister to Katherin BINKLEY. > > Stan, > I am interested in any info on BINKLEY's in the Red River Settlers...my > mother was a BINKLEY from MO; the BINKLEY's were in TN before that, probably > > early 1800's. > Thanks for any info you can provide. > Regina > >
