My gr-gr-gr-grandfather, JAMES MATTERSON BREWINGTON, was born in 1790 in N. Carolina. All but two children were born in this area of TN. I would appreciate a look-up in your Jackson Co. 2. Raymond Savage
    3. Kymm, Thanks for the lookup. Yes, those are members of my family line. Some of the older members of the family have been listed as buried in the Chris Mabry Cemetery but I cannot find that cemetery. It could be in Overton or Clay County. It isn't listed in the older version of the Overton Roll Call or in the Clay County cemetery book. 3. Ask all the questions you want. My Savages lived mainly in Overton County, TN. As for where they were from, that is the big question. The only clue I have is the census where Robert H. Savage listed his birth place as South Carolina. I'm sorry, Donna, but I don't have a Rebecca listed.
