Guess I must be the odd ball here as none of my ancestors came from Chatham County. My Fosters came from the 96th district of SC. My Nichols supposedly came from Hertford, NC. My Bledsoes came from Wake county, NC. My Freemans came from Surrey, NC. My Roberts came from GA. Thomas and Susan Allen Glidewell were married in Wake County, NC, so I assume they came from there.
