My grandparents James Franklin WRIGHT and Willie Etta ARMSTRONG marriage license is dated 26-December-1883 as is the marriage bond. J. P. WAKEFIELD signed their marriage bond. I have found both J. P. WAKEFIELD and James F. WRIGHT paying property taxes in the 8th district of Lincoln CO. the year of 1892. I cannot find either of them in that district on the 1900 census. This could be because the census is in such poor condition. Does anyone know who J. P. WAKEFIELD that lived in that time period is? Julia
