    3. The census images do not denote specific townships, cities or post offices. I did not check each page individually, but a sampling of the 22 pages in this district never mention anything other than "Civil District 2". Did find that the town of Clinton is located in the 7th District. Maybe you could post an inquiry on the Anderson Co. TN board or mailing list and someone from the area might be able to answer your question.
