Could I please get a look-up for WILLIAM H. PHILIPS?. He was born abt 1840-male-white. His wife's name was MARY K. PHILIPS b:abt 1838, I found them last in the census for 1800.in Sullivan county-District 12. I am not 100% sure they will still there. Any help I can get I appreciate it, Thanks much. Billy Pierce
