Marjorie, I think I only gave you a couple of things to look at re Eliza. There are also several historical articles about Wm Brownlow and Eliza on PERSI which is a database that can be acessed through HeritageQuest. HeritageQuest is available at many libraries. PERSI is a database of historical and genealogy articles. You can order copies of the articles for a fee or you can actually go to the library or archive which has the article and read it for free. You might be able to also get a copy through the LDS network of family history centers. There were several articles related to Wm Brownlow and his life history.
