    3. I'm not able to locate this family in 1860 or 1870. I'm guessing they were missed in 1870 because Isaac and his daughter Cordell should have been easy to locate if they were in the index. I couldn't say for sure what happened in 1860. I did check the entire US but didn't see Isaac or his brother Jasper.
