Thanks Cheryl: He would have been in Jefferson Co., Hamblen Co. or Anderson Co. I had not thought about Roane Co., but it is possible his oldest son William went into that Co. and Henry and wife Maria went there. Also possible he died and was taken back to Allamance Co. NC. Do you have any death notices.
