But she didn't know anything about a Cas Walker from Knox County.... Yes, Bill, You are right abiut my Knoxville Family... GGG.Gr'pa. Newbill was in Knox Co.. before it was Knox Co. and lived and died there as most of my Family has done (a few were wanderers as you have found for me).... That Thomas Walker in the 1930 census record was a retail grocer. Cas Walker was a famous/infamous character in Knoxville for many years. He ran a large chain of grocery stores named after him of course and dabbled in politics and just about everything else. Your cousins must not know much about Knoxville.
