I'm assuming you meant 1920 and 1910. I don't see them in 1910. I know you said that you know nothing more about this family but I also suspect that you didn't pull them out of thin air either. Do you know Kate's maiden name? They could be living with another Hall in 1910 but there are 95 listings for Hall in Knox Co in 1910.
