TX listed as Ervin, Edward is listed as Edwin. His occupation I can't really read but it looks like "Lineanan M" what ever that is. In 1870, they are in Shreveport, LA. He is listed as Ed Irvine. Harriet is listed as H. R. Ed's occupation is livery stable. I see no son Hugh. Harriet's birthplace is always listed as Tennessee. Birth year ranges from 1821-1826. There a several Watson families in Giles Co in 1850 but no Jones Watson. The only Jones Watson I see is in Rutherford Co, Tn in 1840. I don't think I see these folks in DeKalb but here is one census record. It's possible that the censustaker or the person who gave the info or both had been drinking. The only reason I give it to you as a possibility is that Ophelia is about the correct age and in looking at the 1880 census I don't see another Ophelia Martin that is the same age and race as this one.
