I'm not sure of the appropriate forum, but the Wall Street Journal (10-1-2014) reports that Windows 10 (there will be no v9, the article said) will launch "sometime after next spring". The article goes on to say that Microsoft executives "expected millions of people, starting Wednesday, to download an early version of the software and will solicit feedback from those users". Perhaps this will interest the guru's on this list in relation to TMG and the other genealogy programs being considered. I'm a devotee of Windows 7, but would look forward to efforts by those talented enough to try the Win 10 Beta. King Conner
