Has anyone created a test database in TMG that is constructed to exercise every feature of TMG? I'm sure WhollyGenes must have one from their SQA group, but itd probably not available publicly. Such a test database could provide a standard for measurement of export quality.

There is no such project. Also, one project only can't be used for the basis of testing since some things have changed in TMG over time and all variants can't be included in one project. Jim
Jim, in general, what TMG tags/fields have varied over the years that we should pay particular attention to? I am thinking through the practical implications of what you wrote. Are any or all of the following true? 1. The data in a given tag/field for TMG database A could, in principle, end up in RM or Legacy in a different field than that same data would for TMG database B. 2. Thus, any mapping between TMG and RM or Legacy tags/fields that we share would have to be carefully reviewed and corrected by each TMG user for each of her/his databases. 3. Thus, any cleanup tips that we share either for TMG databases pre-migration or for RM or Legacy databases post-migration would also have to be carefully reviewed and corrected by each TMG user for each of her/his databases. 4. Because of these variations, other software vendors may not be able to accommodate all TMG users' needs even if they wanted to.
