When I attempt to create a GEDCOM file from a focus group I eventually get the following error: "File 'curselection.dbf' does not exist 21EXPORT" The export stalls on "Step 4: Finish," is about 4% complete and on the "Person dictionary". I've tried reinstalling but get the same error. Thank you for your help.

Re-installing would not resolve this situation as this is likely a problem with the project files and not the program itself. Have you run the Maintenance functions? Go to the File menu options and select Maintenance=>Validate File Integrity. Answr [Yes] to the "Validate the data now?" question. You can probably ignore the option to Search for missing exhibits, so click on the [OK] button. If you elect to search for missing exhibits, click on the [Specify the folders to Search...] button and add the file path(s) for any folders containing your Exhibits, click on the [Save] button and then click on the [OK] button. The function will begin and the progress bar will update as well as information stating what is being checked. Any minor problems will be fixed in this process (usually of an administrative nature) and the results will be displayed. If this doesn't resolve the problem, get back to us giving more detail as to what you did (steps you took in trying to create the GEDCOM). Also, include what versions of TMG and Windows are being used. Lee
Lee, Thank you for the suggestion to use the Maintenance tools. I've had so many years without having to use that feature, I had forgotten about it. It solved my issue.
