Hi I am sure this has been answered before but can't find where it is listed. My 9.5 version suddenly started to ask for activation details, I cut and pasted my serial number from the trouble report and confirmed my email address as the same as on the report. Only open as it should and just says I have an expired trial version. I have also tried to activate using administration rights but same result. I would be grateful for any fix for this. You need to right-click and "Run as Administrator" and re-do your details. That should fix it. Known issue with Windows.
