An update to my issue of 9.5 expired trial version. When I look at the data in 'About The Master Genealogist" under help, I find my email address, serial number, but not my name? the filed that has the purchased by data only lists my computer name. The activation screen asks for my name, and fails if I enter my name, and also fails if I enter my computer name as it is only in one field. It seems that the file that held my name has moved or been deleted and now only the root of that file remains, if this makes any sense. Cheers David Cavanagh
