I assume that you mean that the Exhibits ate in the TMG Exhibit Log. But, saying that doesn't tell whether an Exhibit is an Internal or External Exhibit. An easy way to know is to open the Exhibit Log, left-click on an Exhibt to highlight it. In the lower right, above the [Properties] button, is an information window which has something like: 7 (External) , (1-10) / 390 Person 1:1418 or 12 (Internal) , (11-20) /390 Person 1:21514 Another method is to right-click on the Exhibit in the Exhibit Log and select the Properties menu item. This will show a fielsd on the left of the window that indicated whether the Exhibit is Internal or External An External Exhibit is actually stored elsewhere than in the TMG files. You may have John Doe's picture saved somethere on your computer as a JPG, GIF, TIF or other image format. You can attach that file as an External Exhibit within TMG, but the file remains the same on the computer. What is actually stored within TMG is a link telling where to find John Doe's picture. On the other hand, as you attach a new Exhibit, you can tell TMG to make it an Internal Exhibit. In such a case, TMG will "copy" John Doe's picture into TMG and any connection to the file on your computer is lost. There are advantages to both External and Internal Exhibits. Exhibit files generally are large and thus can increase the size of a project. This is most notable in the TMG Backups where External Exhibits can be included or not and thus making a significant difference in the size of the resulting backup SQZ file. TMG users with projects having few Exhibits don't need to be concerned about the aize of the TMG files or the Backup file. However, we tend to add Exhibits often and that can make a difference. For this reason, it is recommended that TMG users add Exhibits as External rather than Internal. The may betime when you want a specific Exhibit to be Internal. That is okay. Most of us have a mix with most being External. Having said that, another reason for using External over Internal is that Second Site does not use Internal Exhibits. As to your second problem, a box size of 166 may be too small partly depending on whether you "Allow word wrap" as a Miscellaneous option on the Other tab pf the [Options...] window of the Report definition Screen. TMG will try to fit text in the available space and will break lines when necessay to do that. But some words (names) may still be too long and thus get cut off as you describe. Try increasing the box size incrementally to see where the cut off is not a factor. You might then increase the size just a bit more to reduce the chance of the cut off recurring. Lee
