    1. [TMG] Exhibits - photo appears in exhibitlog and TMG exhibit file but doesnt appear on box tree chart
    2. Phyllis Kramer
    3. In release 9 (upgraded from release 8) on Windows 10. Two problems with chart making...i really hope you can advise... Very strange...when i click in the exhibit log, the photograph appears...with the * for primary photograph. but it doesnt print in the box tree chart. if i "insert new image" and "select existing file, the same photograph will move into the exhibit log i then make the photograph primary and it prints in the box tree chart. why doesnt it print the photos in the exhibit log? problem 2- photographs in the box tree chart...are defined as 60x60 pixels. the boxes have a width of 166 pixels. Yet the photographs often cause the first letter or two of the surname to not print. thanks for any thoughts on these Phyllis

I'm trying to ascertain if the problem images had been imported into TMG's internal exhibit format or are only links to files stored somewhere on the hard-drive. If you right-click one of the problem images, in the exhibit log, and select "Properties" -- does it say that the exhibit is external or internal. And if it is external, what file format is it?

(what extension does the file name show)... And while at it, have you confirmed that the path to the file is valid (depending on how your TMG has been configured, you could be seeing a thumbnail image in the exhibit log for a file that is not available on the system).
