using TMG9.05, Win 10, 6 mb RAM Master Source list set to sort by Abbreviations Today, when I started to cite a source and press F2 to search, the list comes up with Titles showing, rather than Abbreviations, although the List shows it is set to sort by Abbreviations. This has happened several times, so I ran Maintenance>Re-index, Optimize, & VFI, each several times with no corrections. What has happened? and how can I make it sort correctly by Abbreviations? I have been using TMG since 1996 and this is a first for this. All by source abbrev are named so I can quickly find the one I want. Titles are no help. Jim, I have also had similar issues over the past few weeks, perhaps months. I have no idea what may have caused this to happen. I can get what I want, at least sometimes, by toggling the More <-> Less button, found at the bottom of the list of options on the right in the Source List. Can you try doing that and see if it helps? John, thank you for the quick response. Yes, I had to toggle several times, but the list finally jumped into the correct format. You have saved me from panic! I have a long list of sources and have them abbreviated so I can quickly find almost any source I am looking for. It is a quite a relief to get them all back in order. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
