    3. Judy, Terry commented on changing the indent in Second Site. If your report is being sent to a word processor rather than Second Site it's also easy to make the adjustment there. TMG implements the LIND command by setting the text with a 1-inch left paragraph indent (at least for a report sent to Microsoft Word). In Word you can use the Find command to select in one step all the text in the report with that paragraph format. While the text is still selected use the Format/Paragraph command to change all of it in one step to the left and right indent you prefer.
