    1. [TMG] Double Commas
    2. Greg Cooke via
    3. Greetings, Hopefully, there’s a good explanation for this. I’ve looked under every rock I can think of in TMG and not found a solution/answer. Various sentences produce a double comma after the state in a journal report that I’m creating in MS Word. If I do not have a location, I get the results I want (a single comma before the date). These locations are all styled after my own “My US Standard Places” style. The output is correct in SS, sentence preview, and individual narrative report which leads me to believe there’s a problem with the journal report. Here is a typical event sentence that is producing the double comma: [:CR:][:CR:][P] left a will dated <at [L]> <, [D]><[M]> Here is the output template for the place style: <[Addressee], ><[Detail], ><[City], ><[County], ><[State]>< [Postal], ><[Phone], > In all cases, there are no entries in any location fields after State. The Place option in the journal report is set to “use style.” The language is set to English (US)—the default. Any ideas? I can always remove the double commas with Find/Replace in Word, but I would prefer to have TMG produce correct output in the first place. Thanks Greg Cooke
