John, Please reply with the exact contents of the memo field for the event you described. I suspect it starts with a comma. If it doesn't, then I agree with Terry: the sentence structure you provided didn't produce the double-comma output in SS, so there may be a language issue where SS is not using the sentence structure that you think it is using.
