Terry/John, Checked language selections as shown below:- TMG File>Language - English is selected, no other options available TMG Tag>Sentence structure - English is selected, no other options available SS4 Data>Language - English (US) selected for Site & Sentence Double comma still produced as in previous message. Thought to change to English2 in SS4 - but with same double comma. While that is considered; how can I reduce the number of site names which show up at the bottom of "File" in SS4?     3. John, You can't control the contents of the "recently opened files" list in the File menu. Back to the original problem. Please answer both questions: 1 - What are the contents of the Memo field in the event? 2 - Are you using a custom Place Style? John
