Hi, In data entry, I’m trying to decide how to add “Dr.” to a person’s name. He wasn’t a doctor at birth so I can’t add it to his name. Is there a way to add the title only after her receives his doctorate but not before? Thanks, Mary Jo

I enter a Variable-Name with the date of the reference (first, occurrence, or between first and last or death).
