I had a problem earlier today with tmg - windows 8.1 not sure which version of tmg - definitely 9 something. I tried to load the program this morning and the titles across the top loaded but nothing else. And then I could not close it out. I finally shut down the computer. I have turned the computer on and off at least three times today - same thing. The program is there, but nothing loads. I can go into file and load other projects - but I cannot back anything up because the main page is there with nothing on it. I do get a message array dimensions are invalid. Anyone have any idea what I did wrong and how I correct this. It was working just fine earlier today. Help!

Next time - if ever - it happens, you may be able to end the process by using the task manager (right-click on the desktop toolbar) and end the process. You may find some information on the error in the event viewer (Control Panel/Administrative tools). Then I'd try a "repair" installation of TMG. If the problem still persists - unlikely in my opinion - you could consider using system restore (Control Panel/Recovery) to set the machine back to its most recent working state.
