So are you looking for an Excel table that has one row for each person in the database and 24 columns, with the persons' names in the first column and the values of the 23 flags for each person in the 23 columns to the right of his/her name? If so, you will need to assemble a composite table in Excel from three separate TMG List of People reports. The reason you need three TMG reports is because TMG's columnar reports can produce a maximum of 9 columns. So you would make one report with columns set to the principal's name and the first 8 flags, a second report with columns set to name and the second 8 flags, and a third report with columns set to name and the remaining 7 flags. If you wish you can save the three report configurations with different configuration names, so you will not need to recreate the output choices for later uses of the reports. The reason for including the name in the second and third reports is to verify that the rows match up with the correct persons in the first report, as they will if the same people and sort order are used in all three reports. Create the three TMG reports with three different file names using the Save To / File Type / Microsoft Excel choice. Open the first report in Excel. Open the second report in Excel, select the entire rectangle of cells containing data, and copy the cells as a group. Go to the first report and paste into the cell at the top row of data, one cell right of the data from the first report. Compare the names in the first report to those just pasted in from the second report; if they line up identically, delete the name column from the second report. Repeat this process to add the data from the third report into the Excel sheet containing data from the first and second reports. And they can be filtered for various combinations of flags as well as other characteristics of the events or people to be included in the report.
