I make great looking box pedigree charts with VCF by just setting up the chart and exporting to a jpg. Put it on a flash drive and take to your local Office Depot or Staples. They print beautifully. You may have to experiment with who has the best or most versatile large format printers in your area, but the sizes are set in the program. The printers can print up to 24 or 36 inches wide (depending on printer) and as long as necessary. And it's not expensive. This won't help if you want colored paper, but it works for me.
