IF you have no Exhibits in the project then no, but it really doesn't matter. On the other hand, you probably have Exhibits, so the question is whether you are missing Exhibits. If some are missing then you want that option selected. If you don't have missing Exhibits then you don't need to search for them. I usually leave it checked either way as it only takes a short time and it may discover an Exhibit that got inadvertently moved or deleted during operations outside TMG. Lee
