However, like Lee, whenever I want multiple "negative" conditions I have found setting a Flag to be the quickest and most understandable for me. I create a Flag with default "N" and other value "Y". Now I run an appropriate report filtered for the "positive" or "presence" of one of the conditions (e.g. "does" have this tag). I use the Secondary Output to set the Flag to "Y" for these people. I can then run multiple such reports as needed for the various "positive" conditions. Maybe List of People or List of Events depending upon which has the best filter for the specific condition of interest. When all done I can either use a List of People report, or the Project Explorer, filtered for people where the Flag (still) equals "N", which will be the negative. Hope this gives you ideas, Michael
