Kathryn, There's no easy way to do what you want in TMG Utility. One issue is that you can't change the tag type selectively except based on a flag. The flag is at the _person_ level, but a single person may have multiple Note tags, and so one qualifying event for a person could cause all that person's Note tags to be changed. For instance, there were 30 people involved in the xyz that prompted the question. I cleaned them up manually while waiting for an answer. The next one I encountered, there are 78 people with "abc" instead of xyz. I'll try Donald's suggestion on Thu with those.
