    1. [TMG] TMG shows non-current sibling spouse

    3. In TMG V 9.05, we would like to control which of several spouses is shown in the Siblings window on a standard focus person's page. Our results seem to be almost random, but do not change once they appear. Standard maintenance tasks change nothing. If the sibling is set as the focus person, all spouses appear properly with full chronology, and as such we have not yet resorted to use of a Sort Date as suggested in one of Terry Reigel's many fine tips. For us, this is only an on-screen issue as we have not progressed to the point of using any reporting features so far, and screen shots are the only output at this time. As an example, we cannot make my Brother-in-law's current spouse show up in the spouse location when we have my wife set as the focus person and he shows up as a sibling. Similarly, we have a cousin who has had 3 wives, and only the middle one will show up as a spouse in the sibling window. In all cases, looking at these and other relatives as the focus person shows full and correct data for their various marriages. Although the listed spouse does not seem to change for a given sibling, we have seen first, last, or intermediate spouses being listed in the sibling window. Setting a particular spouse to primary appears to have no effect. Is there a way to control this? Bruce Lightfoot

    3. My understanding is that the most recently viewed spouse is the one shown in that window. So if you've been looking at/working with spouse 3 most recently - then you'll see spouse 3 listed - but if you then view or work with spouse 1, then next time you'll see spouse 1 listed.
