This seems related to a problem I have posted about, but still haven't found an answer. I do have preferences set to show the Welcome screen. In my case, the Welcome screen has the option Open the Last Project grayed out, and I have to manually select My Project. I also am unable to access the help files. This began happening a few weeks ago after I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest TMG v9.04. All my path preferences are set to the correct default places, which worked fine before the uninstall. I'm not using a Data_Paths.txt file -- in fact I don't even know what that is. I really would appreciate any suggestions for fixing this. The lack of ability to access help files is especially a problem. Joan, the Data_paths.txt file is not needed if you use TMG's default file locations. For those of us who don't, it's a way of making the change.
