I have just run across a dispensation by a Roman Catholic Bishop in Quebec who legitimized the births of three children born out of wedlock. This is the only proof of the children's births that I have. Anyone have any ideas what kind of TMG source type I can use to cite this evidence? Thanks, John Wood
