Terry. Thanks! Missed that one. I had changed it in the Printer options, didn't realize you could do it report by report. Looks like the printer option would overwrite the report option, but apparently not. Teresa, I'd not expect the report to use the default settings in Word since it has it's own setting - you can't have two sets working on the same document. To access the settings in TMG click the Properties button in the lower half of of the Report Definition screen. Terry Reigel
