Saving as a PDF (for example by printing to a PDF) means you are independent of the number of pages. I use it because it is straight forward when using the Microsoft Outlook mail client. My challenge is how to name it. I use "e-mail_date_author_title" - e.g. "e-mail_20150824T1856_Fred-Smith_re Grays of Wales" - the date/time being that given in the e-mail. This allows me to quickly find what I want. The only thing I need to look out for are characters in the title that cannot be used in file names. The reason I put "e-mail" at the front is to differentiate from other image types - e.g. "Probate", "Will", etc. Chris
