The tags associated with an individual will fall into several "tag groups," primarily relationship tags, name tags, and event tags. Event tags include births, deaths, marriages, etc. (I'm ignoring the address and history tag groups which I doubt are relevant to your question). Relationship tags don't have dates. To find the event tags with no date run a List of Events report with the filter Date ... Is Empty ... END and include Prin 1 ID and Prin 2 ID among the output columns in report options.
