    3. Like Patt, I've found that VCF will only configure (and remember the configuration long enough to print) if I reset the default printer in Windows. I don't have a "roll printer", but have had to generate PDF files formatted for a plotter, and this process has worked for me. (I use CutePDF, which allows me to format pages to a maximum width [plotter length] of 200 inches, which the plotter can print continuously, and to a length that can be handled by the plotter's width.)
