Thanks, Lee. Good to know that's probably a false warning. Hhhhhmmm... I think PDF is starting to look like the way to go. I have never attached an exhibit to a source and I don't think it will matter to me when printing out charts. But, I wonder how that might show up in SS. Taryn, Any emails that contain text only should probably be saved as text. You can store the text in the Comments field of the associated TMG source (if any), or in standalone text files, or both. John
