So, your TMG directories stay as they are, and your Dropbox directories are completely separate. These means that people sharing photographs, whatever, place them in the Dropbox folder and you take copies and place them where you want (e.g. in your exhibits directory). Personally I copy such files into what I call a working directory. I can then do what I want with them AFTER saving the original - e.g. rename, alter the type (e.g. to JPG), crop, tidy up, whatever. So - keep them separate. Chris
