    3. A pro for .PDF is that if you ever want to change back to an editable text document there are free (and also costly) software programs that can convert a .PDF but I don't know of any that can convert a .jpg to editable text. I am playing around with everyone's suggestions about saving or deleting Emails as sources. What are the pros and cons to saving them as PDF's or downloading Irfanview and saving as JPG? Out of 500+ Emails, maybe 20 have two pages. The rest are mostly one page. I attempted to download Irfanview thru File Forum (Editors's Pick), but big red warning page came on when I hit download: "The Site Ahead contains Harmful Programs. Attackers on fileforum.betanews.com might attempt to trick you into installing programs that harm your browsing experience"......
