Here's another oops, I did finally find that the program was not unlocked. I re-did the registration and now everything works again. Sorry to waste everyone's time here. I have Version 9.04 and it apparently lost a .dll file when I un-installed RealTime from my computer. Having the CD I was able to re-install TMG version 9.03 and update it to 9.04. All was not well, however. Here are the problems that I have encountered so far: greying out and nonfunctioning menu keys, memo boxes on tags, and automatic sentences will not come up (although I use few). I have tried to fix this by running optimization, closing and restarting TMG and restarting the computer. This has not helped. What else might work to restore the complete program and fix this?
