As far as I recall, the Topic entry does not print in reports (in TMG). It is used as the label of the Exhibit thumbnail in the Exhibit Log and is useful for sorting and filtering the Exhibit Log. I believe PathWiz uses the Topic entry in its reports. Second Site uses the Topic as the Caption _if_ the Caption field is left blank. As for the Caption, it (if selected in the Report Definition Screen [Options] window=>Exhibits tab) is printed immediately under the Exhibit. Note that the options to center the Exhibit must be selected if the Caption is to be selected. There is no provision to have a caption if it is not centered. So if you want the caption, selected the centering option and then move the Exhibit and Caption to a text box in your word processor. Lee
